Same here. Please be aware, My windows defender deleted it immediately.
Analysis of virustotal.com, here's all ok. Remembering that I only follow the project, I have no involvement. Here I use Kaspersky
I'll create a vm here and analyze and post the result, if present the same problem needs to be checked
I'm using windows 10 and i did the scan by windows defend and nothing. I did in the .img.gz file, in the .img file and slurred the .img data to see if it found anything and nothing. Which Windows are using?
I have downloaded it in Windows 10, and Windows security immediately found Trojan/ virus. I am not first which mentioned it. Please see attached.

Hello, I am confirming that file tinycore-redpill-uefi.v0.9.4.3.img.gz contains Trojan / Virus. Please be aware from it.
