Errors while building 0.9.4.7 #327

Describe the bug While building bootloader in esxi I get error:

In web builder `i get "connection refused" at pat extraction step

Seems that I got errors in web builder because I set 1Gb RAM the VM. With 3 Gb web builder works fine with DVA1622-7.1.1 and DVA1622-7.2

Checked CLI and is working fine for this platform. Please update to latest version or use the TCRP Web Builder
