Describe the bug USB doesn't boot past GRUB screen, throws error:

: invalid sector size 65535.
initializing initramfs...
: you need to load the kernel first.

press any key to continue...

Note: a few characters are offset to the left of my monitor so I can't read them, but he bulk of the error is as above.

To Reproduce Boot system with 2 USB disks, where one is the bootable TinyCore loader creator and the other is just a simple exFAT storage.

Expected behavior Should boot into TinyCore for loader creation

I seem to have missed the memo that if I happen to have another USB disk plugged into the system, then this happens; I was going nuts for like an hour until I unplugged an external HDD that I permanently connected to the system since last time.

Not sure if there is something that can be done about this - imagine not being able to boot the OS while a 2nd external USB disk is connected, that'd be crazy.

i hav more than one usbkey and haven't this problem, maybe you don't start on the first partition but 2nd or the number 3 ?

ner00 commented 11 months ago

No clue, just know that it wouldn't boot until I disconnected the additionall USB drive. This was only a problem before building the bootloader, afterwards it boots fine with both USB drives connected.
