Describe the bug platform DS1621xs+ not parse during serialgen process in tcrp in latest verison

To Reproduce

tc@box:~$ ./rploader.sh version
0.10.0.0
tc@box:~$ ./rploader.sh serialgen DS1621xs+ realmac
Error : DS1621xs+ is not an available model for serial number generation.
