OpenSSL EoL on mac/brew #4764

Run brew install openssl@1.1 

Error: openssl@1.1 has been disabled because it is not supported upstream! It was disabled on 2024-10-24.

@aleks-f , shall Poco make usage of OpenSSL 1.x deprecated in general (also CMake and source code)?

Use OpenSSL 3.

OpennSSL 1.1.1x support can be deprecated, but not yet fully removed. Support for OpenSSL versions < 1.1.1 can probably be removed entirely (if it hasn't already been).
