Remove browserify for webpack + hot reload #18

This is a major refactor of the RSG to use webpack + hot reload instead of browserify.

This was tested on node 4 with npm 3.4.

I do not think 0.10 (which is used by circleCI) will work for this PR.

Also will make a new npm module if there is no response (I waited close to 3 months on the prior PR without any comments).

This should cover https://github.com/pocotan001/react-styleguide-generator/issues/10
