As a pod owner I want to find things by their human readable name because I do not want to remember cryptic or complex URIs.

Acceptance criteria

• [x] typing a part of a things name in the PodOS navigation bar proposes matching things from a pre-existing label index
• [x] choosing a proposed item navigates to it
• [x] Manually typing any URL that is not part of the index still works

Out of scope

• creating / updating the index document (the index has to be manually created by the Pod Owner for now and linked to their profile)
