Delete individual MARC files #208

It would be nice to be able to delete individual MARC files from a stream.

For example: I have just uploaded 40 files instead of 39, because I uploaded one of them twice. It would be nice to delete the duplicate file so that the stream is neat and tidy.

Note that we cannot allow people to just delete uploads from the default stream (which may be have been harvested by other clients), and either have to disallow it entirely or make sure to add some information about deleted records for records that no longer appear in the stream.
