Johns Hopkins: cannot create new stream #661

Jing Wang of Johns Hopkins reports that, when they go to this page: https://pod.stanford.edu/organizations/jhu/streams the "create new stream" button isn't displaying for them. I've confirmed that Jing is associated with the JHU organization.

@bobpersing our latest release of the application includes significant changes to the user/roles model. We will need to identify people who should be "owners" and have full permission for their organization. For now, I've made Jing Wang an owner of Johns Hopkins so they can create streams, etc. Someone from the development team will follow up to make sure we do this for other organizations as well.

Thanks. Eric Hanson at MIT (ehanson@mit.edu) is having the same problem today -- can you make him the owner of the MIT org?

Sure thing. ehanson@mit.edu is now owner of MIT organization.
