These AC are still tentative. GIBS meeting scheduled 8/29 1PM PT to firm up details.

~Historical should consist of a complete run of the data day (all granules for the data day - not late granules sent later) Late granule process is intended for granules that are late >30days that the OPERA team just made an update/available and that dataday was processed in the forward stream. This should only be 1,000 GIBS granules. Anything that was not processed or needs to be re-processed from the forward stream would be considered historical.~
~If being sent with CNM, the Message Group ID must be different than the forward processed Message Group ID (see GIBS ICD Section 5.3 for more details) (See IMPACT code for HLS Historical processing as an example of GIBS current workflow for historical processing of a similar products like OPERA)~
