Need to test https://github.com/podaac/bignbit/tree/release/0.1.1 of bignbit in CUMULUS account to verify OPERA HLS data still works with the combined bignbit data

verify v0.11.0 bignbit module with Cumulus 16.1.5 in SIT env.
