I will merge this once this is deployed in UAT so I can run some basic tests

Concise 0.3.0 has been deployed to UAT but this is going to be difficult to test until https://github.com/nasa/harmony/pull/162 is deployed to UAT.

This concat included both day and night granules, which contain different variables.
