We were able to successfully download files for collections with HTTPS links through AWS. When attempting downloads using collections with on-premise HTTPS links, you get successful file downloads (.hdf in this case), but they are all 13KB and contain HTML. It looks like Earthdata Login information if you open the file in a text editor.
