Info "Thumbnail" image broken when Thumbnail RelativeURL is missing. #52

If collection is missing Thumbnail RelativeURL in CMR the image is a broken link.

Should set the image link to this:

https://podaac.jpl.nasa.gov/Podaac/thumbnails/image_not_available.jpg

Should fix this: hitide in UAT JASON_CS_S6A_L2_ALT_HR_RED_OST_NRT_F

Confirmed that 'Image Not Available' image now displays accordingly for JASON_CS_S6A_L2_ALT_HR_RED_OST_NRT_F
