issue/113: SNDR collections use timedelta as data type, added extra line of logic to handle this datatype in xarray_enhancements. SNDR file added for test cases with these variable types.

Verified on PO.DAAC UAT collections with run 262 of Notebooks/Harmony_L2_Subsetter_Nightly.
