When looking for time variables - variables without any dimensions should be passed on.
Add logic to catch these variables
get time coordinate tests written and all tests currently pass with the change
Explain how this change was integration tested. Provide screenshots or logs if appropriate. An example of this would be a local Harmony deployment.
