Description

Changing timeMidScan to ScanTime to determine a GPM file. Allows successful subsetting for GPM_2BCMB_07.

Ran GPM subsets locally and loaded into panoply. Will run autotester on GPM_2BCMB_07 in UAT.

Explain how this change was integration tested. Provide screenshots or logs if appropriate. An example of this would be a local Harmony deployment.
