Implement Login Authentication

Initiate the login process on UI.

User login flow:

• When an user logs in, 2 possible status code returns:
  • status code 200: successful login
  • status code 401: unauthorized login → redirect URL to EDL
    • At EDL login page
      • either log into EDL, or create new EDL account
      • once EDL is authenticated, user can login to UI successfully.

Routing is set up on the frontend for the case of 200 or 302 response but I am getting a cors error that I am stuck on.
