Description

Modify the GitHub workflow action so that the UMM-S record in UAT points to UAT SWODLR url.

Overview of work done

Created swodlr_umm_s_ops.json and swodlr_umm_s_uat.json files.
Modified publish.yml to locate file based on deployment environment. Also renames associations.txt file based on deployment environment.

Overview of verification done

Unable to test as publish.yml file must be in main branch to test.
