Initial EDL Integration

Initial EDL integration including:

• OAuth2 endpoints
• EDL OAuth2 specific configurations
• User generation/fetching on successful logins
• JWE session storage for stateless sessions
• User object injection into GQL contexts

Not currently included: - Utilizing the User object in GQL controller contexts; Spring GraphQL does not seem to have these APIs built out yet so a duct tape fix will be needed in the future
