Authentication to CMR via OAuth2 tokens
Abstracted JWT Cookie store for expanding usage in other stores beyond sessions
JweCookieAuthorizedClientStore store utilized for storing a user's OAuth2 tokens
Further documentation on API design choices
New compression options for JWT Cookies
Updated and centralized UserReference logic
Initial CMR integration with GraphQL API
Updated tests/linting
