Update cheatsheet.qmd links to slides in new GDrive location #203

This PR mirrors links updates made in NASA-Openscapes Cookbook PR that is merged.

Some background: these are Cheatsheets created by Catalina Taglialatela and Cassie Nickles from PO.DAAC in collaboration with NASA Openscapes Mentors. We've updated the Google Drive Location for these NASA Earthdata Cloud Cheatsheets, maintaining the original setup. Slides now live in this slide deck, with separate slides for each linked from that deck so that they can be published individually and embedded as individual iframes. We've updated links to the iframes and published slides in the Earthdata Cloud Cookbook (merged pull request).

Action: 1) Please merge this pull request to the PO.DAAC Cookbook by user stefaniebutland. 2) Please also update any links on the PO.DAAC website re-using the new published links. You can find the updated links in the PO.DAAC pull request, but please let us know if you have any questions!
