Feature Request - Delete Original Message #7

Having an option on the bot to automatically delete the original video link message that the user posted to help keep channels clutter free of duplicate links/posts from the user and the bot.

Could have the bot optionally tag the original user that posted the original link so we know who posted what.

I would like to implement this feature but it would require implementing a database stack to store such settings. I'll look into it but it probably won't happen for a little bit

Hey! We recently merged #15 which suppresses embeds for messages LinkFix replies to. I'm still working on this functionality, but I figured that's a good feature to use in the meantime.

If you give LinkFix the "Manage Messages" permission, that feature will start working.
