Parse randomisation file #113

Parse the randomisation file and populate the expected fields for genotypes using it

Need to modify the design to use two sheets, one for the line number to line name mappings, and the other to assign tray positions and replicate numbers to pots.

Iteration 1 of this is now complete, pushes data to PODD and TrayScanDB when parsing the updated excel file.
