Multiple uploads of CSV files should not duplicate genotypes or trays #152

Projects and experiments are not duplicated if a CSV file is uploaded multiple times with csv2trayscan, however, it seems as though genotypes and trays are duplicated.

Need to check de-duplication code to see whether it is still working, as from memory it was working in the past.
