When a collaboration is created the administrator can the date when the period of accepting donations expires. There are several problems with the current aproach:

It may happen that valid until says that donations are accepted but the project phase do not allow donations:
It should be clear for the user that accepting collaborations depends on both parameters. In order to improve the UX it is necessary to add:
Information text under the valid until field informing the user that donations will be only accepted withing the project and only in phases that permit them.
Validate the value set by the administrator. Make the saving process fail in case the date is outside the project phase.
