Please update pip

Hey. Last time I checked, the PIP version was hopeless behind and had some extra bugs and less functionality. It is better to follow the recommended installation instructions and use $ pip install -e git+https://github.com/podio/podio-py.git#egg=podio-py

Indeed, there's no reason not to updated the version on Pypi.
