Here's a link to a proposed workflow regarding certificate emission and signage. Use case is a .pdf sign-for template with applied brand fonts.

Workflow requires that we use an Adobe Acrobat Pro account (I have one, and can emit sign-for documents from the proposed template, but I guess we can get discounted NGO access to Adobe Acrobat Pro as well.)
Only emitter requires Acrobat Pro account, while signees are not required even to register with Adobe.
*We can have a separate clone of the template per language and use appropriately.
That's great thinking and technology. We need to allow accountants and campaign colleagues to fill that information. That's why we choose word - even I don't know if they can manage with canva. I am not sure if they will have that Adobe tool. Also the taks is more about the visual appearance and styling fonts, colours, etc
Have we ported this to Word/Docs yet?
