"Subscribe to campaign news" dialog is not responsive. #1984

Describe the Bug

The subscription dialog is not responsive:

To Reproduce

  1. Go to https://podkrepi.bg/
  2. Select a campaign.
  3. Choose "Абонирайте се за email известия за кампанията.". Log in as a guest or with your credentials.
  4. Go to mobile view.
  5. Observe the dialog.

Expected Behavior

The dialog is expected to be responsive and user friendly on all devices.
