fix: Contributors Combobox does not open correctly #1380 #1381

Disclaimer: Potential fix, I can't reproduce it locally. Might interfere with a global popper instance

Works for me with my adjustment. From the example linked here: https://popper.js.org/docs/v2/modifiers/community-modifiers/

Weird though that you can't reproduce it. It happens for me both integrated and standalone, with just bare WordPress and only Publisher Plugin active.
