Provide Custom Donation Service Option #776

I think it might be nice to have Custom as an option for a donation service, so just in case I can configure a name and a link.

As mentioned in #853 the requested feature should provide the ability to add custom social services, too.

@timpritlove @eteubert We should discuss how this feature will be implemented. We could either add an entry named "custom" network which provides require fields (Name, URL, Icon etc.) once it is selected when editing a contributor or we could add an expert setting to easily add custom services to the database. Other ideas?

I would suggest adding a simple "donation page" item with name/link and a generic icon
