[Webplayer] Save playbackspeed #527

Save the playbackspeed, like the play position. When possible, different playback speeds for different podcasts.

I like the idea of persisting speed and volume per show. This is actually not really hard to implement but I need some kind of show identifier. Will think about that 👍
