Move the pde2e images under official organization #268

Right now the pde2e-* image are published under my repository (quay.io/odockal) and we need to move them under official repository. This will require a movement under appropriate org. on github, setting up release process, and publish the images under new registry.

After the task is done, we need to switch to new images location.

We can look at multiple options (crc-org/ci-definitions, https://github.com/devtools-qe-incubator/ci-hub, redhat-developer/mapt,etc.).

I just created https://github.com/devtools-qe may that could be best place to have it. Under something like pd-ci-definitions WDYT?

@adrianriobo Sounds good! It is a question though, what else gonna end up in the repo? Then I might come up with a name. what is your idea of a definition that should end up there? what do you have for crc in mind?
