Docs: Add README / descriptions for each image (upstream)

After discussions with @deboer-tim we will split this into two parts:

Upstream: Update README's upstream

Extension side: Be able to view within extension with a prepend and appended information (how do I launch? what to do after launching? etc.) (https://github.com/containers/podman-desktop-extension-bootc/issues/974)
