Open and close loop based on fl_builder_loop query settings #102

I'm not exactly sure why, but I think creating our own actions in the bb action and trying to remove them afterwards was keeping the loop from closing properly? I've gone ahead and instead opened and closed the "fake loop" based on the fl_builder_loop_before_query and fl_builder_loop_after_query actions.

Take a look and let me know what you think. I'm not super familiar with documentation/version numbering so I may have messed that all up. Anyway, take a look and feel free to rewrite/provide feedback. Also looking to improve :)
