Cannot see fields list to choose from when trying to connect a field in Beaver Themer

Issue Overview

Unable to select field value to connect a pod to Beaver Theme 'Pods Field Value' module

Expected Behavior

When connecting a field in Beaver Themer, after the pod is selected, a list of fields from that pod is displayed for selection

Current Behavior

The spinning busy display completes, but no fields are shown. It's like the field list is not being seen for pods

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

1. Using Beaver Themer, add a Wordpress Module and choose Pods Field value
2. In the dialog that opens, choose Pods: Pages, etc
3. Then a list of pods are loaded into a dropdown, and from there choose the pod with the field we want
4. But instead of displaying a field list, nothing is displayed.
