Handle the following:

• [x] Link from Team Members in Friends List, Footer Settings Page
• [x] Generate Global Footer from Friends, used on other sites
• [x] Fix Styles for this section to be a grid
• [x] Create About our Team page populated from above (linked below Team Grid)
