[x] Link from Special Thanks in Friends List, Footer Settings Page
[x] Generate Global Footer from Friends, used on other sites
[x] Fix Styles for this section to be a grid
[ ] Create Special Thanks Page, list all those people who we thank that help in other ways other than donating. Contributors, Translators, Community Support
