Add support for {pods.XYZ} GF merge tags when a pod feed is setup #71

Then you can set default values for certain fields based on the current post/user pod field values.

It doesn't solve this proposed enhancement -- but I added the ability to use {pods:id} and {pods:permalink} in #86 (ZIP: https://github.com/pods-framework/pods-gravity-forms/archive/feature/skc-fixes.zip)
