Description
The File / Image / Video field will not accept a new upload. Problem disappears if you edit the Pods and re-save it.
Testing instructions
If you open the Pods (dashboard->Pods Admin->Edit Pods->Publications) and save (no need to make a change) the problem goes away. This is why you must test this on a site that has an existing custom post that contains a file upload field. I have literally hundreds of such sites if you need places to test it out I can give you access.......
Expected behavior
File should be attached to the Pods custom post.
