Permalinks Overridden in 2.8.4.1 #6308

Description

After updating from 2.8.3 to 2.8.4.1 the custom permalink settings for WooCommerce were ignored. Deactivating Pods and re-activating Pods would fix or re-break even when only Pods and WooCommerce were active. After downloading 2.8.3 and replacing, the issue was resolved.

Note - I did not have the Pods Alternative Cache on the site this happened on. I don't know if that would have made a difference.

Testing Instructions

  1. Change permalinks
  2. Activate 2.8.4.1 Pods
  3. See if permalink changes hold
  4. Deactivate Pods
  5. Resave permalinks
  6. See if permalinks held
  7. Rollback to 2.8.3 and repeat steps 1-6

Hey same for me starts with: 2.8.4 https://weingut-windisch.at/store/ shows content of https://weingut-windisch.at/presse/ (edited) rollback to 2.8.3 fixes it broken on 2.8.4.1 too deleted cache, resaved permalinks
