Update from 2.7.31 to 2.8.x PROBLEM #6375

Description

Hi I have a number of PODs on my site.

Updating plugin to 2.8.x (from 2.7.31) has broken one of them. All 3 fields are missing from this POD after update. All other PODs are okay. The affected POD has 3 relationship fields: 2 bidirectional and one simple. I have used the rollback plugin to trouble shoot. All 2.8.xxx versions are causing same issue. Any ideas???

NOTE: When I upgrade the POD all the information disappears form the admin too - so I do not think it is a display issue.

I appreciate you keeping an eye on this.

I tried updating to 2.9.3 but again, all the bidirectional relationships were lost.

I had to rollback to 2.7.31

As mentioned previously, I use PODs on a few different sites - I'm a big fan! I found another issue. Adding an image caption, via the WYSIWYG editor is not working. After saving, the image and associated info is removed. Title + Alt work okay but not caption tag.

I get the impression that there is an issue with your podsrel table. It might be that the older version simply uses the metadata and the newer Pods version could do this differently. @sc0ttkclark thoughts?
