Automatic Templates and Default Wordpress Password Protected Posts #6962

Description

Content supplied by PODS is not protected by the default WordPress “Password Protected” post option.

If “After” is chosen – the password protected content message appears, but then my template content shows directly afterwards. Despite the password protected content message triggering, my content is not hidden at all so that’s a fail

If “Before” is chosen – My template (content and all) shows at the top of the page directly followed by the password protected content message. Despite the password protected content message triggering, my content is not hidden at all so that’s a fail

If “Replace” is chosen – My template (content and all) shows at the at the top of the page with NO password protected content message at all... so that’s a fail

Testing Instructions

  1. Create a Pod template
  2. Create a Pod
  3. Enable the auto template option for the Pod
  4. Set the Singular Template to the template designed
  5. Set the Singular Template Location to either Before, After or Replace (results will be the same for any as noted above)
  6. Set the Singular Template Filter to "the_content"
  7. Create a post for the Pod
  8. Display the post
