Site crashes on Pods update #7187

Description

I have been unable to update Pods from 2.9.13. When I do, the site immediately crashes and requires a restore from backup. I’ve done this at least 3 times.

Included below is a screenshot of the Pods import/export configuration screen.

I last tried this update on September 6. We no longer have PHP error logs from that date.

In order for us to see what is happening we do need an error log. Can you run the update in debug mode an share the error log with us?

Thank you both for your prompt responses. We are working through some updates to the server here and I will be back in touch when that is done. I appreciate the responsiveness with which you responded to my issue.

Hi Scott,

Thank you for following up. I have been OOO since early October.

After upgrading our server, we were able to update Pods with no trouble. Clearly the problem was in our server configuration.
