Custom Settings Page renders incorrectly under upload.php #7216

Description

When placing a Custom Setting Page beneath the Media menu (upload.php), the fields do not render. They merely flash a gradient as if they are waiting.

pods-fields

Moving the page to another location — apparently any location — solved the issue.

This was an existing settings page that had no issue before, and it's unclear when this issue came about.

Creating brand new settings page and placing it under upload.php delivered the same rendering issue.

Testing Instructions

  1. Create a Custom Settings Page
  2. Under the Admin UI tab select "Add a submenu item to another menu" next to Menu Location.
  3. For Custom Menu Location enter "upload.php"
  4. Visit the new settings page

Possible Workaround

Moving the settings page to another location allowed the fields to render correctly.
