The Pods Framework is a Content Development Framework for WordPress - It lets you create and extend content types that can be used for any project. Add fields of various types we've built in, or add your own with custom inputs, you have total control.
I have created a custom post type "task" and in the site editor I have created a template file "single-task" for its display. I have added "Pods Form" block to update the status of the task. For that purpose I have created custom field "task_status". Everything was working fine, but from today, after updating to lastest version 3.0.9, instead of the form, it started to show error "Pods embed error: Please provide a Pod name" . I have attached the blocks settings screenshot, frontend error screenshot and how it was showing before screenshot.
Version
3.0.9
Testing Instructions
Just use the latest version, try to create any custom post type.
try creating any custom field for example I created radio buttons for task status.
create a custom template for that post type single view.
Add pods form in it and do settings as provided in the above screenshot
save and check the frontend view of a single post entry you do for it.
You will see the error "Pods embed error: Please provide a Pod name" in place of that Pods Form" Block in frontend.
Screenshots / Screencast
No response
Possible Workaround
Just rollback plugin to version 3.0.8 and the problem resolved. I have done the same as temporary solution. But I want to keep my plugin up to date. So if this issue get resolved, I will re update it to latest version.
