Don't create duplicate urls for same playlist/settings #6

Currently, when I create a podcast feed for a YouTube playlist (in this case, with high quality audio), podsync will create a new shortcode url every time I click the button. Seems like it should recall when I've already created a podcast from that url/config, and send me the same link?

This will be fixed in the next release
