Update transcriptor to version 1.1.4 to support speaker markers in VTT #1276

Note there are more lock file changes than I expect. I'm not sure what caused them.

Although the <v speakerName> issue isn't happening on the web, I thought the transcriptator version should match podverse-rn. See https://github.com/podverse/podverse-rn/pull/2175
