Location preference for gg.rom #186

Describe the enhancement desired or suggested change:
While the support of the game genie rom (gg.rom) is very awesome, it would
be nice to be able to specify the location of the gg.rom in a similar way
that you allow us to specify the roms, saves, and cheats locations.  Please
add a customizable path preference for the gg.rom.

Nah. You have to put it in fceugx/gg.rom. Period.

I only opened this b/c it is annoying to once again be forced to have a "fceugx"
folder at the root level.  I understand it works well as-is, so I am happy with
leaving it.  Thanks for taking a look!
