Are you using an SDHC card? What size is it?
Can you provide a little more information such as your Wii Menu Version?

when i lunch the fceugc,it said "can't read sd:/fceugx/rom"; but this folder is
exsist in my sd card. The roms in the other folders can be read. but it is not
easy
to use.

Same issue here, using Wii 3.2U SD 2GB FAT. 3.0.8 worked OK, 3.1.0 not working:
No load
device found, no SD found.

there weren't any file code changes between 3.0.8 and 3.0.9. That tells me this
has
more to do with the libraries this app used (libogc/libfat) than this app in
particular - this is a devkitPro issue.
